Calculator Assumptions
- Up front commissions are calculated based on loans being settled in month 1 and payment of commissions in the following month.
- Allowance has been made for trail calculations for a building book. Please see the 'Your Trailing Commission' 5-year projection table.
- Commission rates are based on .60% up front and .14% trail, which are average rates as at October 2018.
- Salaries do not include any on-costs such as superannuation, payroll tax, etc.
